Waialae Country Club

This award-winning project encompassed a dramatic 15,000sf lobby and dining rooms renovation and infrastructure upgrades to the fire sprinkler and HVAC systems.  To accommodate ongoing operations and meet members’ expectations, construction was carefully phased and executed.  As a result, the project team was recognized by the Owner’s rep for outstanding project management, material tracking, and work quality.  The renovated dining room features large ocean-facing window, custom Ohia millwork and a new outdoor dining space.
