This major overhaul of an existing warehouse, nearly 30,000sf, included extensive refurbishment, utility upgrades, and new food processing and storage equipment. New electrical service, critical to start-up of operations posed a challenge for the project team. In order to mitigate delays, Allied Builders worked closely with HECO on a time-saving redesign which brought the project back on track for a timely turnover. The MEP scopes were effectively managed using in-house BIM capabilities, resulting in quality construction. The products produced at this warehouse are featured at Kahala MKT. at Kūʻono Marketplace, also built by our team.
