Saint Louis School Gymnasium

Precon and DA collaboration on past projects contributed to Saint Louis School’s decision to choose Allied Builders yet again.  Lessons learned on the recently completed locker room for neighbor Chaminade Univ. were directly applicable to the ground-up construction of this new 23,000sf gym built directly against an existing structure renovated by Allied Builders just a few years prior. Careful evaluation, planning and coordination were essential to this project.  Proactive DA collaboration resulted in time and cost efficient solutions to challenging foundation conditions while also incorporating added-value ideas into the project – demonstrating our strength as a good design-assist contractor and building partner.
