Built
in 1968, Park Shore Waikiki underwent major renovations in 2012 to establish
itself as a luxury boutique hotel.
Working on the compact 39,600sf lot while the hotel and restaurants
remained open required creative solutions to site logistics and phasing. In addition to updating 15 corridors, 216
guestrooms, and the main lobby with a modern look, upgrades to the hotel’s MEP
system and modernization of the aged elevators were completed. The team’s experience with large hotel
renovation projects was essential for meeting the high standards and aggressive
schedule set by the Owner.
