Project Description

While the resort remained open, a dramatic transformation of this beachfront property was completed in carefully executed phases.  The new canoe house themed porte cochere and public area renovations are key to the guest experience.  Over 670 guest rooms and suites received full gut renovations.  Installation of the new property-wide HVAC system with underground chilled water piping amidst guests and staff was a challenging and vital upgrade for the resort.  The renovation of the poolside bar and kitchen occurred concurrently, under a separate contract.  Outrigger has chosen Allied Builders for numerous projects at other Waikiki properties.
