Justin carries the legacy of Allied Builders System as a second-generation owner and has played a key role in the growth and evolution of our Team.  In the nearly 20 years with the company, Justin has been a key contributor to our preconstruction and construction phases for our projects.  He has estimated and managed a wide range of projects, from large hospitality renovations, complex healthcare facilities and new ground-up construction. 

In his current dual role as Vice President and Chief Estimator, Justin has executive oversight of the company’s sales and new business opportunities.  He heads the estimating department and is responsible for preconstruction services – ensuring that projects transition smoothly into construction and our teams live up to our commitments.  With a long history of representing the Allied Builders Team, Justin plays a key role in setting goals for the firm and implementing strategies to achieve those goals.  He also provides mentorship to our next generation of estimators and preconstruction managers while constantly investigating new opportunities for optimization.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Labor Association, the Pacific Resource Partnership, and the Hawaii Construction Industry Improvement Program.
