Our team worked closely with well-established food distributor Y. Hata to create Chef Zone, a one-of-a-kind sales and services resource for Hawaii’s restaurant industry. The 45,600sf bare-bones warehouse underwent major improvements – new air conditioning, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems, slab remediation and comprehensive interior upgrades. The signature “Chill Zone” houses a 4,600sf freezer and 8,000sf refrigerated walk-in area. Services include the Entrée-preneurship Center with a demonstration kitchen and showroom. Phase 2 consisted of a new 40,000sf distribution warehouse extension.
