Project Description

This Bank of Hawaii branch building is a new single-story structure situated along busy East Manoa Road.  At 3,200sf, this full-service branch is larger than the previous built by Allied Builders in 2013.  Achieving the owner’s aggressive schedule, the 13,450sf property was improved with upgraded electrical service and ample on-grade parking.  The building shell, a combination of structural steel, steel framing and wood trusses, creates a bright and inviting interior space which was fully outfitted by in-house carpenters and owner vendors.
